Once we finally got settled in our seats we waited for over 30 minutes for a server to get to us. This was the first strike of the evening.
Staff had been telling people that they could sit anywhere. When we arrived at our table other people were already seated. When we first arrived the staff was confused about the table numbers on our tickets so we told them where our table was. We chose to purchase seats in the stage reserved section instead of the general admission seating. This was our second time attending a show and it was a huge disappointment! The show was over sold, severely understaffed and not very well organized.
